Human Rights Education Pilots at Cerco do Porto!
We are happy to share that Agrupamento de Escolas do Cerco do Porto in Portugal successfully conducted two piloting sessions with 12th-grade students as part of our shared mission to foster human rights education and civic awareness among youth.
In April, a group of 15 students explored Module 4: Inclusion & Diversity, engaging in thoughtful dialogue and activities that highlighted the importance of embracing different identities and promoting inclusive societies.
In May, 16 students participated in Module 1: Citizenship and Democracy, where they examined the foundations of democratic values and their role as active citizens.
These sessions not only tested the educational materials but also empowered students to think critically and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
