

INTRAS is a non-profit organization founded in 1994, dedicated to research and intervention in the social sector. It supports nearly 3,000 people annually with a team of over 900 professionals. INTRAS’ main target group consists of youngsters and adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and persons at risk of social exclusion. INTRAS has extensive experience supporting youth with mental health is and learning difficulties. It provides vocational training, non-formal activities, and organize local and regional mental health awareness campaigns. It has implemented multiple innitiatives adressed at children and youth, such as ‘#estabienpedirayuda’ (it’s OK to ask for help) campaign, aimed at promoting open discussions around mental health among young people, and the ‘Teo también cuenta’ project, an educational initiative that addresses mental health stigma through interactive activities and storytelling.
